These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer (the "customer" or "you") make a purchase from Glød via [www.glodbadstue.no](http://www.glodbadstue.no). These terms cover visits and reservations made on the GLØD website, as well as interactions with customer support or via social media. These terms override any incorrect information elsewhere on the website or in emails.
**Consumer Purchases**

By using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing your order. The presence of a product or service on the website at any given time does not guarantee its availability at all times. GLØD reserves the right to discontinue any product or service at any time and to change these terms without prior notice. The version of the terms that applies to your order is the one available on the website at the time of purchase.
**Prices**
The prices listed on the website at the time of your order apply. All prices are in NOK and include VAT. If the VAT rate changes after your order, the price will be adjusted accordingly. No other taxes or fees will be added. In the event of obvious pricing errors due to technical or human error, GLØD reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
**Payment**
Accepted payment methods:
- VIPPS on GLØD’s website.
- Cash is not accepted.
GLØD does not have access to your card information and cannot store or register it.
**Purchase Terms and Customer Information**
To complete a purchase, you must accept these terms. By accepting, you agree to follow them and confirm that you’ve read how GLØD handles personal data and the use of cookies.
A purchase agreement is entered only when GLØD confirms the order via email ("order confirmation"). Keep this confirmation for future reference. The agreement applies solely to the specific booking. After the visit, no further payment obligations exist. However, the terms remain in effect for the purchased service.
The customer confirms that the provided information is accurate. The customer is responsible for incorrect entries. Information on data handling is detailed below and forms part of these terms.
**Cancellation and Booking Changes**
**CANCELLATION**
The right of withdrawal does not apply to one-time services on specific dates, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act §19. A booking with GLØD is like purchasing a concert or flight ticket. You may transfer your booking to another person for free. Cancellations are only possible if you purchased cancellation insurance.
**CHANGES**
You may change your booking time up to 12 hours before the start, as many times as you like, via the link in your confirmation email.
**Cancellation Insurance**
- Insurance is valid per booking.
- Not available for FELLESGLØD.
- With insurance, you may cancel up to 12 hours before your session.
- Cancellations must be emailed using the address from your confirmation email.
- Insurance only applies to the specific booking it was purchased with.
**Gift Cards and Right of Withdrawal**
When buying a gift card, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your purchase. Order confirmations are sent automatically.
Gift cards are valid for one year and cannot be extended. The visit must take place before the card expires. Only one gift card can be used per booking. Gift cards apply to PRIVATE or FELLES GLØD only.
**Cancellation and Weather Conditions**
If GLØD cannot complete your booking due to wind, weather, or external factors, PRIVATE or FELLES GLØD will be canceled and fully refunded.
GLØD does not guarantee water quality or weather. In force majeure situations (e.g., pandemic, war, riots, natural disasters, etc.), refunds will not be issued for services that cannot be delivered.

**Age Limit**
GLØD does not accept bookings from persons under 18. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
**Privacy Policy**
GLØD is responsible for the processing of your personal data, per the Personal Data Act and EU Directive 94/46/EC. Your information is used to fulfill our obligations, such as processing orders, providing service, and sending newsletters and offers.
We document communication in case of complaints or questions. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Process bookings (e.g., name, address, birth date, bank info)
- Notify about changes via SMS (e.g., phone number)
- Send marketing material (e.g., email address, name)
- Contact you regarding bookings (e.g., phone number, name)
- Respond to questions (e.g., email)

- Confirm age (e.g., birth date)
Your data is stored only as long as necessary or legally required. We cannot delete data subject to legal obligations (e.g., bookkeeping).

You may request a report on the personal data we store about you. You may request corrections or deletions of incorrect or irrelevant data. Once per calendar year, you may request this free of charge via written, signed letter to GLØD's postal address. Email requests are not accepted.
