Glóð

After a year of careful planning and hard work, we are thrilled to finally welcome you to our new sauna, Glóð, on Tenna in Herøy – it's officially open!

The sauna is 4 meters long, features its own changing room for added convenience, and can accommodate up to 6 people. This summer, we’re also excited to be part of the wonderful community at Herøy Caravan.

We’re really looking forward to welcoming guests and sharing the warmth, relaxation, and cozy atmosphere with you.
Welcome to Glóð – a place to unwind and enjoy!

HOW TO BOOK THE SAUNA:

Under "Booking," you'll find available time slots for the sauna. Choose your preferred time and fill out the form. Payment is made via Vipps, Apple Pay and more. Once your booking is confirmed, the door to the sauna will open 10 minutes before and close 10 minutes after your booking hours. (The door will stay open during your booking).

PARKING:

Please park at the Herøy Caravan parking area. The area is signposted (see sign of marked parking zone).

Do NOT use the parking spaces in front of the service building.

TOILET/SHOWER

You’ll find the toilet on the left side as you walk toward the sauna. It is a big red building. The key hangs inside the sauna. When you enter the red service building, the woman’s toilet is straight forward and the men’s is in to the right. The shower is located next to the sauna — you’ll see it when you're sitting inside and looking out. To turn it on, simply turn the small red valve.
